Now that the "time-based photograph" and the "time-based drawing" was complete, the next stage of the workshop was to create a "time-based model" based on the interactions that I observed in the photographs and drawing. The model was to be made physically out of clay and then incorporated back into the collage via photography. In my observations I highly focused on the movements of the hand and the actions involved with it. Because there was alot of gripping of objects in my observations I decided to take a mould of my own hand in a gripped state rather than spread flat.
Here is the final piece of the moulds placed on top of the previous layers; the sound and movement.
